Rick Hooker
Rick is responsible for strategic direction, investment decisions and financial management of Pile and Company and its divisions—Agency Compile, Communications Collaborative and the In-House Agency Forum.
Rick joined Pile in 1987, shortly after it was founded by Skip Pile. He began his career at Ingalls Advertising in the media department, was later an account executive at WBZ-TV Boston, and returned to Ingalls (IQ&J) as Vice President with responsibility for agency operations. Rick holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Babson College.
Rick and his wife Diane live in Medfield with their son Jason and daughter Katie. He is on the board of the Vine Lake Preservation Trust, a group working to preserve and restore the old section of Medfield's cemetery, established in 1650.
